Doing wonderful here too. All christmas decorations have been stored away until next year. The rush of December has quieted down and life is back to normal more or less.

I still have my cards up though. In fact I just received another one yesterday. I usually leave them up till the end of January.

I enjoyed the season and am now ready to move on to other things.

you know what? i am great, at the beginning of january i was quite down, but i honestly believe this forum has helped.

this time last year i was seriously down in the dumps, i didn't visit the forum then so i beleieve that this place is the reason i am doing well and looking forward to my birthday celebrations and my holiday in the summer!

sugarplum- we all have days like that in january, but the christmas season is going to come around again so quickly, my advice is to start to make plans for it. x

I hope you are feeling better, this has been a crazy year already.We have one person with cancer that is ok . another who will die within months. So this year started up & down.

It's crazy when I was a kid everyone told me when you get older time flies so fast...it seemed like a year was a decade when you are a kid...xmas a year away? Yikes that'll take forever to get here...now it's scary...a month goes by like a week...the weeks go by like they're just a long day or 2.

No doubt! They weren't kidding when they said time goes faster the older you get... I just can't imagine it going any faster than it does now! :lol:

I think of it this way that as each month goes by we get closer & closer to the Christmas of 2008.

Yes, I'm still putting away Christmas decorations. It's a matter of getting the containers all filled and packed away now.
I've started cleaning cabinets, closets, etc., I want to be free to enjoy nice weather if it ever gets here.
January has always been the longest month to me and remains so.

Howdy! Doing good in Texas, just real busy. Had a wonderful Christmas. Made it through some of the worst post Christmas blues I've ever had, but doing much better now thanks to this place and getting busy. Still listening to Live 365 Christmas radio while I'm working everyday. Most of my lights are down. The main showboard that had all the synchronized light show on it is still up. Hope all of ya'll are doing well.
