:tree:Yes I am planning on putting more outside lights up this year...hopefully. We are adding on to our home this spring/summer so I hope it all works out for what I have planned. I definately will be putting up another 6.5 ft tree in the home. I also hope to take part in the card exchange if time allows it.

I'm planning on when to put the lights and tree up already...obviously not yet hehe...but figuring extra stuff to put up.
Also, I decided to buy a few gifts every month this year...so when Nov gets here I'll have a lot of stuff already bought! Then I'll buy more usual things...and yeah I may spend a lot more $ but it will be spread out more evenly and not seem like it at all and have a lot more gifts in the end. Not that xmas is about gifts but...it does it make fun when you have a whole lot of stuff around the tree on xmas morning.

I thought about getting a new tree also...mine is old but it still works good and I like it but maybe it's time for a new one.

I bought a few new things for inside and outside. The usual plan is to decorate on the day after Thanksgiving. Some things don't change.

Yep Maeberry some things dont change..*L
I hope to decorate even before Thanksgiving this year. I have quite a bit of Christmas decorations and it takes time to get everything up and looking just so. So I don't want to be rushed and have the time to enjoy it all and take it all in. So we will see come November I guess=)

You sound like a good planner Annette. Can you do stuff for me, when it's time to decorate?

I do enjoy the decorating. It's alot of fun. But can be time consuming too. But it's all worth it. I hope to take more pictures this year to share with all of you.

If you are interested in a monthly planning framework for all the holidays....we are doing....Monthly Magic over at MHH...here's a link to the framework but you might want to look at the thread from January to get a better idea.

I belong to a few other Christmas websites where there are alot of members who do this in July too. Unfortunately, I don't have time in the summer to do this.

I have started on a few crafts already this year (very early for me, hopefully this will mean that I have a jump start, unfortunitly I get impatient and want to give the crafts early:-?)

I will have to check out the link to the planet people to check out their displays, I seem to get stuck in a rot and do the same thing year after year would like to do something different:tree:
