Santa is checking underneath his sleigh at this time and he has a great look of concern on his face. We don't know exactly what, if anything, that is wrong but he is pointing to Elf Herbie and asking for his tool box.
Santa should be leaving within the next hour.
Like most men, Santa is very particular about his vehicle. While he is attending to whatever the problem is he has assigned a team of 12 elves to wax the sleigh one more time. He has assigned one elf to rub leather conditioner
on the seat of the sleigh while he fixes something underneath.
The reindeer are patiently waiting. As are the elf families gathered here at the North Pole. Launch should be soon!
