It's Christmas morning in New Zealand and happy reports are coming from believers in that part of the world.

"I thought I saw Santa streaking across the dark sky but I was so drowsy I couldn't stay awake long enough to see him in my house," writes 8 year old Todd Bergen of Wellington.

From the sleigh-cam we have seen Santa munching on Mrs. Claus' sugar cookies and drinking some cold Christmas punch in his mug. It is very warm in New Zealand and Santa installed some "misters" on the sleigh bell lines to help keep the reindeer cool. In cold weather the misters spray anti-freeze on the bells so they will continue to jingle when frozen.
