yeah, forgot to mention, we did have ham, mashed potatos, deviled eggs, ect. But it was just the five of us.
It was weird though, because in past years we had the whole family over.

I do not have the full menu planned out but so far we are having:
Ham
Home made mac and cheese
Corn
Rolls
Cream puffs
I am still debating on what other veggies to make,.
I am thinking about making a broccoli casserole and stuffed mushrooms.
Still debating on what other dessert I will be making, right now I am leaning towards fruit tart.
this will be first Easter st home. We usually went to my MIL house for dinner but she moved to Florida last year so we decided that are done traveling for the holidays and will be statying home. My mother and my husbands brother, aunt and cousin will be joining us for dinner.

I'd like to know what St. David's Day is too. My son spent the holidays in Wales for 2 weeks last year with his girlfirend and her family.

Think St Patrick's Day for Wales.
Just as St Patrick in the patron saint of Ireland, St David is the patron saint of Wales, St George the patron saint of England and St Andrew the patron saint of Scotland
St Patrick just gets more publicity!!
