Santa has taken another northern turn and is back in the cold air of Russia. Since entering Russian airspace Santa has had contact with Elf Victor concerning the condition of the reindeer and has approved a change of reindeer later when he stops in Moscow.
This is important to know because many elves in Santa's tracking department feel that Santa may spend the next
several hours in warmer climates in the Middle East and in South Africa. Santa often uses reindeer who have been specially trained to work in the heat of these countries in the south where it is summer at Christmas.
