Time Change

Would someone please explain to me how to change my time. It's an hour off...Thanks so much=)
PS I looked in the User CP, but didn't see anything.

Annette go to user CP: Go Edit options, scroll down to time & check if it's set for DST.
Hope it works.

Thanks Debbie. I went into where you told me to and everything looked right on the settings. I guess I will know if it works after posting this. My laptop says it's 3:29 pm right now...
