Santa has managed to deliver to many happy homes in Tripoli in the past hour but sketchy reports are coming in that Santa has come to a complete stop there.
All indicators show that the sleigh is fine and that the reindeer are ok. But for some reason, Santa had to stop.
As soon as we know what is going on, we'll let you know.
