Well, it turns out that it was nothing at all.
Elf Agent X was nervous about Santa's extended stay in the UK but he need not have been. While Santa said he did not appreciate the police working so hard on Christmas he understood that the office who pulled him over was just doing his job. Santa wished him a Merry Christmas.
Elf Angie in the Records Department produced the license for the sleigh and for Santa showing that everything was
properly registered. But the license for Santa shows him as "Kris Kringle" while the sleigh registration showed it
being owned by "S. Claus". Santa had to convince them that he was the same person. In the end, Santa paid a small fine and was sent on his way.
Mrs. Claus said she was never worried. She said Elf Agent X needs to relax more.
