From your user control panel (http://www.mymerrychristmas.com/forum/usercp.php) you can now set up your own blog (http://www.mymerrychristmas.com/forum/blog.php). If you don't have a blog already or don't understand the whole term "blogging" here is a world-class abbreviated definition: it's your space to publish whatever it is you want -- in depth.
Why have blogs here on My Merry Christmas?
Forums are made for conversation. Blogs are made for opinion and expertise. We know we have plenty of folks here who converse but we want to hear more about their opinions and expertise as it comes to Christmas.
So we're introducing blogs here on MMC.
Our blogs are pretty much like any other kind of blogs you see "out there". You name your blog, set your categories, accept trackbacks and pingbacks, and just write away.
Once you've posted a blog it will automatically be added to the MMC RSS feed, getting out there into cyberspace. We pick up our own feed here and promote new blog entries through this forum here in the Front Office.
So jump right in, fire up your Christmas blog -- who knows? -- you could soon be a Christmas superstar!
