No contest - the worst movie I ever saw was Big Bad John. Why I finished watching it, I cannot say, perhaps I thought it couldn't get any worse.

I never finished watching the Blair Witch Project so that has to come in second.

International Velvet!!!!!!!!!

I liked International Velvet and National Velvet. It could be that my love for horses was the bigger hit. It wasn't one of Jodie Foster's or Anthony Hopkins (before the Sir) finest roles.

Sometimes, if I watch a movie I liked when I was younger, I discover it lost its appeal and I wonder why I enjoyed it in the first place.

Take The Titanic for example. My husbnad and I went through a "re-courting" spell when we saw that film on the big screen, we watched it again on TV and it didn't really capture the same feeling. Not that it has made my top 10 worst list, but I don't mind if I ever see it again.

Considering it was Tatum O'Neal, it certainly wasn't one of Jodie Foster's finer moments!!

Some movies are so bad or bizarre, they're good. Like classic 80's cheese (ex: Earth Girls are Easy) or films that are great to shred apart á la Mystery Science Theater 3000 (ex: Santa Claus Conquers the Martians). While not intended for that purpose, they're a hoot.

DH and I were just perusing the "Films Considered the Worst Ever" Wikipedia article (this list (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Films_considered_the_worst_ever)) and agreed with quite a few of them. It could get some of your gears churning trying to recall some of the awful movie memories you've likely blocked. cheesy

Either Howard the Duck or Time Bandits.

Dragon Wars

and, it's probably not the worst movie, or even one of the worst, but I tried to watch "I'm Not There" the other night and I could not stand it!
