Well it's been kinda chilly down here in FL. I am still listening to Christmas music even now as I type this. I was wondering is anyone else still listening or am I the only nut? Does anyone ever listen to Christmas music or watch Christmas movies during the summer months?

I have cranked up a little Burl Ives this past week, but I haven't had time to watch any movies. By summertime I will start sneaking them in when no one is keeping tabs on me.

It still has been very cold here in Florida. We Floridians are not used to this but it's cooling those ocean tempertures down and that's a good thing. Hurricanes thrive on warm water. Anyway it has been cold and dreary which looks more like winter and makes you wish you still had your tree up. I have a tall fake plant in my living room. I think I will put some white lights on it and let it be my tree until next Christmas season.

I channels on our Directv will play a Christmas movie here and there throughout the year. If I see one and my hubby isn't home, I'll watch it. I usually end up packing up my Christmas music with my decorations, but I'll sing a song every now and then.

I still have a big collection of Christmas CDs in the car and when I do the long road trips I'll bring them out. It helps with my drive-time thinking!

8) I listen to Christmas music whenever the urge hits me. Sometimes at work, I'll play an instrumental CD so co-workers will sometimes be humming along before they realize it's Christmas music they're humming to at the tail end of winter or in the heat of the summer.
My parents start playing their Christmas CD's in the car in mid-October and then come mid-November it's playing more and more indoors.
 My husband thinks I'm a little nuts playing Christmas music on the computer while I'm posting - course most of the time I'm posting on Christmas forums so it makes perfect sense to me.

I've been in a Christmas music craze and I'm still trying to find some old vinyl records I grew up with transferred to cd. There are some versions of songs I really miss. I may have to make a list and see if anyone in here has them.

I also listen to Christmas Music before Christmas. Seems to lift my spirits. I also like watching Christmas shows before the holiday!

I listen to christmas music more or less all year round and christmas movies are something that I need to get thru the summer. All this sunshine 24/7 is way to much for me.
Since I live on a small island in the middle of the ocean we get all the christmas episodes of the american and english sitcoms AFTER christmas (only 300.000 inhabitants so we buy some tv materials from foreign countrys).
So in february and march I get to see a lot af christmas decorations on tv and that sure helps during those first months after christmas.
