I started some elf antics last christmas with my children (DS 15, DD 17)... I loved it!!! I'm gonna try for a 2nd elf this year. Last year we had Jujubes (my daughter's name starts with J and she chose it. This year will start with M (for DS). He arrived on December 1st with a chocolate advent calendar, his introduction letter and his passport.
I have to start working on the antics for this year. I've been gathering all "elfy" things I can get this year.
