Book Chat: Children's Halloween

Join us for an "off season" chat. This is a book chat and we will be talking about good children's books for Halloween. This chat is scheduled for 2:00pm Sunday June 29th (7.00pm for those across the pond) and AGAIN at 8:00 pm the same day. Hope you can join. Grab a couple of books off the shelf that you can tell us about.!!! There will be OPEN chat after each themed chat!

Just to give our Halloween Children's Book Chat a bump and to remind everyone that it takes place tomorrow (Sunday, June 29th) in the Christmas Cupboard (click on the "Chat" button above and then when you get in, use the dropdown menu at the top and click on "Christmas Cupboard" for those of you who are new to chat)

There will be 2 sessions on the same topic. The first is at 2pm EST which is 7pm (give or take an hour!) for those of us across the pond and the second will be at 8pm EST when the rest of us should be asleep!


Bring along your favourite Halloween book and if you haven't got one, we'll definitely hook you up with something. Gingerbug, fully recharged after her holiday, will also be sharing some terrific craft ideas to make your spook-fest second to none!!

Yes ....don't forget...it's going to be a SPOOKTACULAR chat...lol....pick a couple favorites to share or just pop in to chat with us about some titles we will be mentioning.

I have a few craft links to give you to ideas that you can use when you read the books or just for fun Halloween projects of their own. And when I get unpacked I'll steal a few minutes to finish the list of Children's Halloween Books that I will give you a link to. It's great to print and keep on hand for when you are ready to check the library or bookstore for titles.

We had a small gathering for the first Halloween Book Chat...but it was fun...and shhhhhh.....don't tell but we got a little "off topic" but it was after all past the 30 minute time frame....LOL

This evening we will meet again to talk Halloween Books...I have some fun links and a printable to share with you so please plan to join us. It will be at 8:00 EST time....for those of us in the Central time zone....that will be 7:00....and so on acoss the USA!!!
