The Christmas Snowglobe: part 1 by Kelly Matthews

Posted 09-05-2010 at 01:06 PM by kelly ann

Christmas just wouldnt be Christmas without the snow pondered Danny as he sat beside the window in his room.
The freshly fallen New York snow added an extra spark to the Christmas magic which Danny loved and looked forward to every year.
It was Christmas Eve and the streets below was heaving with traffic and people all rushing to get home before the snow would block the roads.
Car horns beeping, people hoping to pick up some bargains and extra gifts, a singing choir, merrily singing, 'Jingle Bells', the odd few dressed as Santa Claus collecting for all added to that wonderful Christmas feeling that 11 year old Danny loved, but like every other year on Christmas Eve himself and the family were going to stay with his fathers parents.
