- We welcome members from anywhere in the world. For the benefit of our member majority, all posts should be written in English.
- Abuse or harassment of any type of other members via public or private areas, in chat, private messages or email will not be tolerated. Complaints will be thoroughly investigated. Instant banning from the site without appeal will be the only recourse we will take if such is found.
- Chats are logged, inclusive of private messaging in chat areas. Unreasonable use of language, general vulgarity and/or abuse of other participants will result in immediate and irrevocable banning from our site.
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Being a Christmas venue, many come here to sell their wares, publicize their websites or in other ways exploit our site users. This detracts from our community. If you wish to advertise, we provide options outside of our forum discussion areas (such as the banners you see at the top/bottom or the links you see at the bottom). Such ads are reasonably priced and our forum users are faithful in supporting our advertisers. But we must out of necessity keep our discussion areas free from all advertising, inclusive of blogs, chat or video areas of the site. Any user, new or experienced, using any public areas or private messaging areas to post spam links or messages will be banned immediately.
- Links to outside websites are generally not allowed especially in starting a thread. If in doubt, please check with a moderator or admin. First time users who post links will be permanently banned. We have several venues for free links, including the Merry Top 50 top site and Link Christmas.com. We also offer many sponsored links opportunities.
- Links in signatures are permissible as long as those links are to personal sites, sites of obvious interest to Christmas lovers and sites that comply with our standards of being disassociated with adult content, pornography, gambling, pharmeceuticals, dating or single adult sites, hate sites, political sites, or sites that point to hot-button social issues that have no place within a Christmas venue.
- Security is very important. Users attempting to use multiple logins or to register, log in, post or otherwise participate under fraudulent identities will be immediately banned.
- Christmas is both a sacred and a secular holiday. We welcome those of all views to our forums. Please be respectful of other people's views. Those who purposely antagonize or demean the opinions of others will be removed.
