While Belks focuses primarily on ornaments, Sears' approach is Christmas trees.
Here are two photos of their holiday section I recently snapped.

Incredible. Just seeing those trees puts me in mind of walking in the freezing cold and searching for the perfect Christmas Tree while the snow flutters to the ground. Great memories. Sears has done a great job here!

Dollarama has nearly a full side of an aisle dedicated to Christmas. Of course, the decorations are not the nicest, but it is Christmas!

A little bit of empty space:

Bags:

Cards:

That is all from Dollarama. I had to make a quick stop in to grab a few things for "Twin" Day tomorrow at school. On my drive, I realized that I could probably find a few contributions for the Blossom thread. Hope you enjoyed it!

This makes me laugh, because every year we manage to purchase our tree in subzero weather. I insist on a real tree, we go get the tree, it is so cold I can't handle it so my husband checks out while I shiver in the car. I still LOVE looking in the lot and smelling those wonderful trees!

It is such a magical feeling. Not much can compare, really. I am envious of your persistence on getting a real tree every year. I hope to someday return to a real tree, too.

We made it to Cornwall last night around 8:30pm. The Thanksgiving festivities are underway. Today, Kim, Barb (her mom) and I visited Marlin Orchards to pickup some fresh apples, apple cider, and apple cider donuts (which are made before your very eyes and absolutely delicious).

Wait! Why is this posted in the Blossoms thread? Oh, right... They always have some wonderfully crafted Christmas decorations available. There were plenty of nice items this year, but I did not purchase any. Nothing really grabbed my eye. Still, I took plenty of photos. Hope you all enjoy!

First display upon entry:

I should have focused in on Santa driving. He's in middle right of the picture:
