Does anybody have any movies they just have to watch around Halloween, or else it wouldn't be the same? I kind of do, but I'd like to know what you guys think.

Personally, it wouldn't be Halloween if I don't watch Ghostbusters at least once.

Our favorite for around Halloween is "The Devil Bat."

I also like to pull out a couple of Hollywood ghost movies like "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir" and "The Canterville Ghost." I haven't seen it in a few years, but Halloween puts me in the mood for "Something Wicked This Way Comes."

The House on Haunted Hill (1959)

Donnie Darko
Scream
Wallace and Gromet - The Curse of The Were Rabbit
Wallace and Gromet - A Matter Of Loaf and Death
Gremlins (Like watching this at the end of the Halloween season :)

As for TV shows, we have to watch all the Halloween Shrek specials and all the halloween TV show episodes we can find like Bewitch/ Friends/The Middle etc.

Great list! That's a neat idea about watching Gremlins toward the end. I guess it kind of does bridge the gap between Halloween and Christmas.

Yes I think so too. Also, Edward Scissorhands is another one that gives me that feeling too!
