Yesterday I ran a mile and a half and worked out with arm weights.

Today I did yoga.

Okay - I think its good to keep a diary!

Yesterday I ran 2 miles in the morning - and went for a power walk for 1/2 hour at lunch.

Today was my non-jogging day (I have to ease back into running due to a recent knee injury. I'm better now - but am being very careful not to injur myself again).

Oh...I exercised my right to shop at lunch cheesy

I ran a mile and a half today. I planned to run at least 2 miles but my left knee kind of ached. I was afraid to push it. That's a new pain for me that seems to be common with a lot of runners.

I also worked out with arm weights.

I might go for a walk this afternoon with the grandkids.

I ran a mile and a half on the treadmill and did 150 sit ups.

The grandkids and I took a long walk this afternoon and I already mentioned about my workout routine this morning.

I ran 2.4 miles on Thursday - and took Mercedes for a walk twice! I couldn't do any walking on my lunch since I worked through lunch. I will miss running today, but since it appears that I will only get about 4 to 4.5 hours sleep tonight (at best)...there will be no running Friday :sad:

I would like to get into some other form of exercise on the days I do not run.

I ran today for the first time since Thursday. I had a minor procedure done on my back Friday and have some stitches. I got to be careful and no lifting until they remove the stitches.

I only ran a mile and I didn't feel that great after I was done. I did a few leg weight machines (light weights) and ended up coming home taking a 2 and half hour nap. I am still tired! I will be ok though! cheesy

Yesterday I ran 1 mile on the treadmill then walked 1 mile. I also rode 2 miles on the exercise bike.

Today, nothing but I did do some work in the yard if that counts. cheesy

I walked 3,142 steps before breakfast. My goal is a total of 10,000 steps a day. I will check in here with further counts as the day progresses.cheesy

another 5,016 steps after lunch....

total: 8,158 steps today...only 1,842 more steps today to reach my goal. Will head out again sometime before bed.

Last walk of the day came in at 2,791 steps, I did it!

I made my 10,000 steps + 949 steps extra.
