The article touched on the realities of the business of listeners. I guess they have the STATS to back it all up. I don't know anyone who actually listens to the ads on the radio, it's just like ads on TV, people talk through them or switch to another channel and then back again.
I'd like to hear the music play into mid-January rather than have it all slam down on Boxing Day. Locally, I'd like to hear it for at least a full week.
