Last July I went to the doctor and was so upset with my weight, I buckled down and started eating healthy and exercising. I lost 30 pounds between then and the end of December. In January, I joined Weight Watchers and lost an additional 15 pounds. I've recently hit the dreaded plateau. I'm hoping that Monday morning won't be too bad when I go to weigh in.
