Here it goes.... I am not one to make resolutions but just might be doing that this year. I usually stick with eating healthy at all times, holidays or not, but this year I really went off track and ate lots of junk but it was fun! I enjoyed every bit of it but my stomach is not happy one bit! I have been dealing with a daily tummy ache over it all and lacking a little energy because of not eating right.
I also need to get back to my regular work out routine and get back to the gym. My husband and I plan to invest in bikes this year and go riding at the lake. I also want to get back to running again and compete in another race starting with a 5k. Sounds like a lot but I will try!!!
My weight is okay but I just want to feel better overall! I am making a resolution??? This will be a first in over 20 years but here it goes, healthy new me for 2013! *crosses fingers*
