My favorite radio station died

My favorite radio station, Star 929 fm has died. I hate unexpected format changes.

Now it's "The Beat 929" and it plays techno pop music (whereas previously it was classic hits/light rock). They don't even have a new website yet! (they still have the old website up).

Last song they played before the format change? "American Pie" (the song with the lyrics "The day the music died"...)

The reason I bring this up: I guess this guarantees that there won't be a format shift to Christmas music this upcoming Christmas season, like there has been in years past.
