Christmas Ball 1 Appetizer - Pumpkin Dipping

Pumpkin Dipping

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese softened (bring to room temp)
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cookies/sweet breads/Wafers

Directions

With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, salt, and ginger until blended. Serve with some type of sweet cookie/wafer/or bread (graham crackers or ginger cookie too)

This is nice with some Christmas tea, something sweet in the mix of your appetizers.

This looks like a recipe I use to make a pumpkin mousse. Same premise, just, well, mousse-y! Yum!
