My husband I walk three miles five days a week. WE also have a treadmill, and on the days we can't walk because of bad weather, we go on the treadmill for 30 min, otherwise, it's 15 min. I also jumprope, and my husband has bowflex. Exercise has become a part of our daily lives, and we'd miss it if we weren't able to do it.

There is a free video of the 1-mile walk with Leslie Sansone on Youtube. I tried it this week and I think it'll make a difference

I walk my dogs every day and I enjoy it. They are little dogs and seem to get tired quickly so we don't go very far. Two to three twenty minute walks every day, depending on the weather.

Bumping up the walking thread! Trying to get my mojo back after a long, cold winter! With the nicer weather this week, I have been walking between 4 1/2 - 5 3/4 miles every night. Need to keep it going! It's much easier to walk outside when the weather is nice ~ harder to get motivated to get on the treadmill! Maybe some walking buddies will help give us inspiration to get on that treadmill & knock down some miles when the weather isn't fit to get outside! Walk, walk walk...

I walk with Harlowe every day, 2-3 times, rain, snow, or shine

But as it gets nicer, they'll be much longer & even more frequent!!

Great reminder! Thanks, Holiday!!

I have been doing a lot of walking recently outdoors and loving it!

I am still riding my bike as well.

I purposely walk everywhere - the school run, to the shops, errands and outings with my toddler. If it's in walking distance then I will walk to it LOL!
