I will do that fresh cut of the trunk.....that was my problem last Christmas.....the tree lost so many needles....even tho it was fresh....the problem was....since I didn´t cut the trunk....the tree...
I make a baked omelet for Christmas morning. it's a very versatile recipe, so I can change whatever I want to put in it, ham, mushrooms, sausage. I serve fruit, and pumpkin bread with it, and it's become a family favorite for the holidays.

Sometimes we have mimosas and those little Sister Schubert's mini-sausages in a biscuit…that pie plate thing that you cook in the over. I NEVER eat processed foods so it's a HUGE treat…also, mimosas rules.

I LOOOOVE what I shouldn't have so last year I put slabs of chocolate into croissants and warmed them in the oven on Christmas morning. Delicious! As we don't usually have sugary cereals Santa would bring the kids the most gimmicky ones and they would have those (not as amazing as cereals available in USA). This year we are having every different pancake my son can dream up! The different kinds I just read about sound fantastic!

mmmh....getting hungry from the posts....I will do a nice breakfast this year for Jones, Kandice and I....nothing special tho....just scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and several sausages and cheeses to put on the toast....of course coffee, hot cocoa and orange juice....so we can have a great start on Christmas Eve
