Movies for Fall

As we sat by the fire while the snow fell over the weekend it was mighty tempting to just put on a Christmas movie. But as I worked on this year's Christmas Card Exchange mailing list we did decide to break out our list of "fall" movies -- you know, those movies you love to watch at this time of the year:

1. Baby Boom
2. Rudy
3. Remember the Titans
4. Phenomenon
5. While You Were Sleeping

We ended up watching "Rudy", which always moves me.

Do you have any favorite fall movies?

[Ok, I admit it, after Rudy we did put It's a Wonderful Life on until the kids fell asleep, but that's only because it was snowing outside]

Good call on Rudy and Remember the Titans.

Right off the top of my head, Indian Summer comes to mind.

Summary:

A group of childhood friends, now in their thirties, reunite at Camp Tamakwa. Only a few of the original campers show up, but they still have a good time reminiscing. The people share experiences and grow while at the camp. They are dismayed to discover that the camp's owner, Unca Lou, is going to close the camp down.

Good choices! I love Rudy and Baby Boom. For me, this time of year always means the Garfield and Peanut Halloween and Thanksgiving specials.
