Last Christmas song on the radio you heard this season?

So as usual, the local radio stations that switch over to "all Christmas music" switched back to regular music on December 26th.

We even had a small snowstorm on December 27th (nothing that would hurt traffic, just a nice, peaceful snowfall that looked beautiful), and it was the first true snowfall of the season...and it just felt like we had missed out on having a White Christmas by a couple of days.

So I tried to call the one main radio station that does Christmas music, and say to them "Hey, you shut off the Christmas music too early! Look outside the window, the snow is falling! Find your Christmas spirit!! At least play "Winter Wonderland" just once while the snow is falling!" But...I kept getting a busy signal for their request line. They also had a fax request line, but when I tried to send in a fax, it was a busy signal as well. I tried multiple times with no luck. I listened, and I never did hear the radio DJ take requests on the air.

So I'm left with one conclusion: they took the request line out so that they wouldn't get any pesky people calling in asking for Christmas music. What a bunch of Scrooges.

For the other radio station that played Christmas music: it's a Christian radio station which plays contemporary Christian music (and Christmas music during the Holidays), but they changed back to their normal music the day after Christmas as well - EXCEPT I did hear them play the occasional Christmas song on December 26th. So I guess they were slowly fading out the Christmas music.

Thus, the last Christmas song I heard on local radio this year was..."Hark the Herald Angels Sing". Which was beautiful to hear the day after Christmas.

But I guess that's it. No more Christmas music till next November. Anyone else remember the last Christmas song they heard on the radio this year?

We have a Catholic radio station up here (WJMJ 88.9 Hartford, CT) that is still playing Christmas music through Jan. 6, I love still hearing Christmas music on the radio in Jan.

I think it was driving home for Christmas, on Christmas morning. Radio stations where I live, generally stop Christmas music on the 25th. After that you hear nothing
