I tried a new recipe today for a cook out that was a HUGE hit....give it a try sometime! It's from a dinner club in Dayton Ohio, famous for their sweet potato souffle, only this is their pineapple souffle! It was delish: http://www.lacomedia.com/pineapple_souffle_recipe.htm
La Comedia's Pineapple Soufflé Recipe
1/4 cup butter (melted in pan)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 large can of Pineapple (drained)
3 slices of bread (cubed)
1/4 cup milk
Pour into baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, 1 Tbsp. sugar. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
