Hello everyone! Yesterday we made it to 60 degrees and had a thunderstorm last night. In January! Crazy weather. Our oldest cat, Dracula, is terrified of storms and hides under the bed and I think even he knew he should not have to worry about hearing thunder in January in Ohio. Now today it dropped to 38 and very damp and windy. Dreary weather. The perfect kind to stay in and rest. Hope everyone has a great day!

You're so right! I also have a "flameless" candle with a realistic flicker that I put at the base of the tree for some extra atmosphere.

Awesome! I have several of those flameless votives & a couple lanterns around. Helps to light up the dark nights!

Happy Tuesday....it is going to be a miserable day, weather wise. Lots of rain but oh well I am just working. Not too much going on tonight, my daughter has basketball practice and I need to fold laundry.

We did thank you. We had a wonderful weekend down there.

Oh man, let me tell you, we did some shopping while we were there and we found all kinds of Christmas decorations that were marked down to 80-90% off the price. We bought 2 grocery bags full of items for our next Christmas.

And, I can officially say now, that I am 100% relocated. All of my belongings, from my house in Pennsylvania, is now in Connecticut. In a 30'x10' storage locker, but in Connecticut.

It's rainy here this morning, but it's supposed to be sunny and 75°F this afternoon. Of course, it's back down to freezing tonight LOL.

Jacob was bragging this morning about a lucrative gig that his band lined up, and about a couple girls who are interested in him. I wish things would go his way once in a while.

Morning MMC. A rainy Tuesday here. Just made it through 1 day without my co-worker. She's out all week and it's always extra work to try to do when she's not there (then I can't get my own work done). But it wasn't bad Monday just stayed busy. Now Rollins had a busy Monday too. He found himself somehow in the bathtub (he can get anywhere on his own) and barked cause he wasn't sure if he could get out. Have a good day!

Good Tuesday morning! I feel like I don't know what day it is after 4 days off. A lot of people are getting rain today, crazy weather. We had snow last evening which quickly turned to freezing rain. David got thick ice off the car this morning, he's my hero. It's now raining so of course everything will freeze overnight. Hope everyone stays safe and enjoy your day!

Last night, we surprised the kitties with something new for them. We bought it in Maryland, (it was marked down) and I brought it back up to Connecticut with us. I brought it in, set it down, It took them less than 2 minutes, to check it out and give it the sniff tests. Since then, they been having a grand ole time playing on it.
