Never heard of Royal Farms nor Wawa ... but I haven't been back to visit since 2013. We may go back for a visit sometime this year, just as a getaway. (Frederick County native here.)With the proliferation of Royal Farms and Wawa around Maryland, Highs is rapidly becoming extinct. Growing up in PeeGee county in the sixties (yeah I’m an old guy, six months out from the odometer turning 70), Highs were everywhere. Now I can only think of one location in my immediate vicinity. Add in gas stations that are convenience stores and the market is saturated.
Okay, I need one of these for my birthday!
